Troubleshooting & Contacts Students should contact their lecturers or course conveners in the first instance if they are having difficulty with assignment submission, to alert them to potential problems with the way the assignment submission box has been set up. Technical support for use of Turnitin is available from the UNSW IT Service Desk on extension 51333 or via email servicedesk@unsw.edu.au. Should the Service Desk not be able to help you directly, they will refer your problem to the appropriate person.Some support information is also available on the Turnitin web site. Note that UNSW has not purchased the Turnitin Peer Review or GradeBook tools, so user information on these products is irrelevant. Only the Plagiarism Prevention tool and GradeMark are available. Please do not use the helpdesk service on the Turnitin site, as this will delay the response to your problem. |
